Monday August 14th 2023 at 7:30pm doors open for Registration and Practice Plays. Registration is $30 per player and be purchased in advanced on our website Click Here.
At 8pm Qualification Rounds will start, and the amount of registered players will determine if matches will be between 2-4 players. Qualification Rounds will continue to start up to 9:50pm.
The Finals will start at 10pm. The Top 16 Players determined by Match Play, will participate in Singles Elimination Rounds until the top 4 are left. The Top 4 will then play a Final Match to determine the Top 4 Tournament Winners.
Things To Consider:
Ball Saves and Extra Balls will be removed from Game Play. If a Game still has this features enabled, just allow the ball to launch, AND DO NOT INTERACT WITH IT. Please respect other Players while game is in play. Allow them space to play and do not distract them. Most games have a Timed Auto Launch, it is Your Responsibility to be present during Matches. Playing another Players Ball will result you fore-fitting that Match.
Qualification Rounds: The Order Match Play presents the Players, is the Player Order for the Match. Top Player is 1st Player, and so on.
Finals: The Order Match Play presents the Players, is the Player Order for the Match. Top Player is 1st Player
Final: The Order of the Match is determined by the Players Ranking to enter the Finals, Highest Ranked Player has the choice to either select which game to play, or their order of play. The 2nd Highest Ranked Player will have the choice of Game if the Highest Ranked Player gives up that option(or they select their Match Play Placement). The 3rd Highest Ranked Player will then select their order of play. The 4th Highest Ranked Player will then select their order of play. If the Highest Ranked Player took the option to select the Game, they are then to take the remaining Match Player Placement. If the 2nd Highest Ranked Player selected the Game, they are then to take the remaining Match Player Placement.
During Finals, Players that did not qualify, can still play Games that are not being used by a Match. If a Match is assigned to a Game you are playing, you MUST allow the Match to being.
Malfunction During Play: If the Match is interrupted by a malfunction, and the Tournament Host can not resolve the malfunction without affecting the Match outcome within reason, the Match will be restarted on the next available Game with the current Player Line-Up.
Good Luck, and look forward to seeing you!
The Pinball Spot Team.
